Problem Note 55740: An error occurs when you select the "Users" link (under "Environment Management") in SAS® Web Administration Console

After you successfully log on to SAS Web Administration Console (/SASAdmin) and you click the Users link under Environment Manager, the following error message is displayed:

An error has occurred in the system, and the administrator of the application has been notified.

For increased security, close your browser

This error only occurs if you have configured web authentication.

In addition, the SASAdmin9.4.log file contains the following error and exception:

ERROR [sasadm] com.sas.svcs.webapp.actions.ErrorAction - A SAS Application Error Report (ID#3cb0163751b67980:7b65971b:14cbdd57618:6762) has been generated for the exception: null
ERROR [sasadm] com.sas.framework.webapp.actions.AbstractErrorAction - The following exception has been detected in a SAS application:
java.lang.NullPointerException
	at com.sas.svcs.admin.webapp.dao.JdbcUserSessionDao.getCurrentSessions(JdbcUserSessionDao.java:63)
